Corporate Counsel - Automotive Company - Georgia
CORPORATE COUNSEL - AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY - GEORGIA
We are working directly with the General Counsel of an automotive company to find a Corporate Counsel to add to its dynamic legal group. This person will act as legal counsel for the company, provide legal and business advice to members of the management team, and negotiate and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including supplier, parts, logistics, vehicle prep and lease agreements. Some other key duties include: responding to administrative investigations, managing outside counsel, monitoring changes in applicable laws, and developing and implementing compliance procedures.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of quality legal experience. Experience in the auto industry (either with a carmaker or Original Equipment Manufacturer) is required. Our client offers competitive compensation on a scale commensurate with experience. The company is willing to relocate strong candidates.
