IN-HOUSE CONTRACTS MANAGER - SEATTLE, WA
Our client, a premier international technology company, has asked The Partners Group to help them find a Contracts Manager to support their business division that deals with outside sellers; consumer platforms; and general advertising-related matters.
The successful candidate will have 4 plus years of contracts management experience including reviewing, drafting and negotiating IT and government related agreements. Agreements will include nondisclosure agreements, enterprise licenses, systems integrator agreements, reseller agreements and services agreements. The work will also entail reviewing marketing and promotional materials for the legal team.
The 4 years of prior experience must have been in a law department or law firm as either a contracts manager or a paralegal. A JD is a plus but is not required. The salary is competitive for a Contracts Manager position and the environment is very congenial.
